MyVision 2012 – Guernsey

5th – 8th February

The Workshop

Four talented photographers trained and practised in photojournalistic techniques are each leading teams of five photographers through three days of shooting and editing a complete photo story.

Over an intense 48 hours, students shoot their assignments by day and benefit from critique of all their images through the evening by their team leader and team. The story of their assignment is presented to the entire workshop on the final night.

Why Guernsey?

MyVision’s organisers wanted a place with a wide selection of businesses and community aspects from which to choose assignments. A full list of organisations and businesses will be added to this site once assignments have been announced. We would wholeheartedly like to thank all the organisations that co-operated with us to make MyVision 2012 possible, as well as those who are helping us.

2012 Participants

The 20 participants in this year’s workshop are photographers with more than 100 years of full-time experience between them, traveling from all over the British Isles to take part.
